In Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) there is only 1 Product Owner. The Product Owner works with multiple teams and never writes user stories. Instead the PO is a strategic product manager that is responsible for the success of a true product.
During this webinar, we’ll discuss how you can define your product; why you do not need a Product Owner per team; and how 1 Product Owner can manage to work with a large group.
After this webinar, you will have the basic understanding of LeSS Product Definition to begin the process of implementing a Large Scale Scrum in your own organization.
The trainer for this course is Cesario Ramos, Certified LeSS Trainer. He is the founder of AgiliX, a consultancy that provides Agile coaching and certified trainings worldwide. Cesario is the author of the book ‘EMERGENT – Lean & Agile adoption for an innovative workplace’ and co-author of the book ‘A Scrum Book’. He is also a Professional Scrum Trainer at scrum.org and a certified Life Coach and Team Coach.
