It is common for new Product Owners to be left without instructions or ideas of how to succeed. The role of the PO is different from traditional roles and in order to survive as a PO new learning is necessary. In order to become a successful PO you don’t only need a vision, you also need good tools, principles and practices.
I will present the concept of a product owner playbook. In the product owner playbook you can define your gameplan containing principles and tools to help you become more successful in your role regardless if you are new or more experienced. After the session you will have a collection of principles, tools and practices to apply directly when returning to work.
