  • How AI can aid in Scrum events like Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum.

  • Tools for maintaining a well-organized Product Backlog with AI.

    • Participants understand how AI can help in prioritizing and organizing the Product Backlog.

  • Real-time sprint monitoring and adaptive planning using AI.
  • Acceptance Criteria:
    • Participants understand how AI can assist in real-time monitoring of sprint progress.
    • Participants can explain how AI supports adaptive planning.

3:00 PM – 3:50 PM: Navigating AI Risks

  • Understanding and mitigating risks associated with AI in Agility..
  • Acceptance Criteria:
    • Participants can identify common risks of AI in Agility.
    • Participants understand strategies to mitigate these risks.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Continuous Learning in AI

  • Resources and strategies for ongoing learning about Agility and AI.
  • Acceptance Criteria:
    • Participants are aware of resources for further learning on AI.
    • Participants understand the importance of continuous learning in AI for agile practices.

He is the First Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) and one of the pioneering Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) worldwide.
