This webinar will take place on Zoom Conference. We will send you the Zoom Meeting information by email after you register
‘How do you scale agile’ is a question that has started to pop up across organizations and at different levels of the organization. And further, ‘what is the best way to scale?’ It would also be fair to add ‘when should you scale agile?’.
Organizations use different approaches for scaling agile, but what are the similarities across the scalings frameworks, and what are the differences. And would some fit your organization better than others?
During this course on scaling agile frameworks, you will get to know the four most widely used scaling frameworks; SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale and Nexus – and make you able to differentiate them.
The course will cover the four frameworks – how they work, how they are implemented and where their main advantages lies.
After this course, you will be able to start the discussion on how your organization could benefit from scaling agile, and further, how to scale at your organization.
The course will combine presentations, practical exercises and interactive quizzes. All material will be in English.
Each individual is trained to be able to clarify the differences between the following scaling frameworks.
- SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
- LeSS (Large Scale Scrum)
Decisions makers, Agile Advisors, Agile Coaches, Product Owners, ScrumMasters, Business Developers, Senior Management and Product Managers.
