Biography
Gertrud Bjørnvig is a consultant and trainer with broad experience in system requirements, software design, project management, patterns, and user experience — areas where she used Agile practices before it became popular. Her speciality is the Product Backlog: the focal point between users, the business, and the developers. She keeps a broad perspective that is attentive to the market, the enterprise, and its people. She does agile assessments and helps organizations improve their Scrum implementations using Organizational Patterns.
Gertrud holds a Master in Computer Science and Communication. She is one of the founders of Danish Agile User Group. She is partner in the Danish family company Gertrud & Cope.
